ABOUT ME
I'm not a fan of reducing myself to soundbites. I do believe however that fitness can - and should be - enjoyable. Getting in shape doesn't need to be a chore if it is approached in the right way.
My own journey to fitness over the years comes complete with it's fair share of procrastination and so I feel I understand the triggers and solutions for exercise-related motivational issues.

I have developed my training regime by constantly adapting my program to the needs of my clients.

STRENGTH TRAINING
If Strength Training is your thing, I can work with you to create a routine which will focus your weekly gym activity to increasing strength whether it be through traditional Powerlifting or any other body parts you would like to focus on.
MUSCLE BUILDING
When it comes to Muscle Building, there are many approaches, each of which have their merits. Working with you, I can help to identify the best fit for you based on your goals, available time and desired focus areas.
CARDIO FITNESS
Each program I develop is tailored to the individual clients' needs and if cardiovascular fitness is the goal I will help burn those calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health.
